As an Inside Sales Representative with us, you will build and develop customer relationships, both with existing customers and by actively pursuing new ones. Your task is to identify new business opportunities and create solutions that meet the customer's needs. In this role, you will handle orders and rentals of machines and equipment, as well as provide advice on Cramo's services.

In the position of Inside Sales Representative, you will represent Cramo at the customer's location, where you will follow up on projects and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will support the daily operations at the depot. At the depot in Ängelholm, there is a team that helps each other, which means that you may sometimes need to roll up your sleeves and assist where needed. This may involve supporting the returns reception at the depot at times.

Collective Agreement: Basic Industry - Unionen, Swedish Engineers, Leaders.

• Have experience in sales, preferably within construction, industry, or equipment rental.
• Are self-driven, results-oriented, and enjoy taking initiative.
• Have good local knowledge in Ängelholm and surrounding areas.
• Have a B driver's license and are comfortable moving around at customer sites.
• Are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when needed – we are a team that supports each other and solves tasks together.
